Ms. Conley has over 30 years of experience covering a wide scope of professional assignments within the field of Landscape Architecture. Her experience includes: Park Master Planning Design and Construction, Trail Design and Construction, Residential and Commercial Site Design and Development, PennDot, E&S and NPDES Permitting, and Urban Revitalization Planning and Construction. Joanne has extensive knowledge of native and ornamental plant materials and has written grant applications resulting in the award of well over 2 million dollars for URDC’s clients. Joanne has recently completed the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) certification is the national standard for all parks and recreation professionals who want to be at the forefront of their profession.
